MAINTENANCE – USAGE – GUARANTEE

PRODUCT WARRANTY

The warranty of the goods and services you have purchased is the responsibility of HEDEF Sentetik and its authorized distributor in accordance with the terms, conditions and limitations in the contents of this guarantee document.

The warranty period may vary depending on the product type, the application pattern, the climatic conditions of the place or zone where it is applied.

The warranty period is between 3-7 years from the invoice date. Product warranty and its duration cover UV durability, voltage resistance, base resistance and production faults within the correct usage conditions. As long as UV durability, voltage and base resistance can be maintained at %50, the product will be robust.

WARNING

During the warranty period; if the product does not fulfill the warranty conditions, HEDEF Sentetik will replace the damaged zone.

The damage assessment shall be declared in writing by HEDEF Sentetik and its authorized distributor together with the damaged product sample.

If the product instruction manual does not comply with the product maintenance instructions and the conditions stated in the warranty conditions; the customer can not request renewel, change or modification within the warranty period.

USER RESPONSIBILITIES , MAINTENANCE AND USAGE INSTRUCTION

• Warranty period begins from invoice date and is valid between 3-7 years.
• The synthetic grass turf is under our company’s warranty.
• The period of repair to the product in case of any malfunction will be added to the overall warranty period. Maximum repair period is 30 work days.
• In case of any malfunctions due to violations of the user guide, the product will not be covered by the warranty.
• The product will not be covered by the warranty incase of intervention to the product by unauthorized personnel not appointed by the manufacturer.
• Detection of burns, cuts, improper use, negligence and accident will void the warranty.
• If there is lack of planning, any design fault or infrastructure in the application area of artificial turf, product guarantee is excluded.
• Artificial turf carpet abrasion caused by insufficient infrastructure is not covered by warranty.
• Incorrect infill material or use it incorrect rates will void the warranty.
• The use of non-suitable shoes will exclude the warranty.
• If the use of cleaning materails, chemical substances and toxic drugs and inappropriate cleaning method is applied, the product will be out warranty.
• Natural disasters exclude product warranty coverage.

All artificial turf abrasion and rupture are the result of normal process in over time. This condition is not covered by the warranty.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

• During the installation, please note that the quartz sand infill is in accordance with the standards. (Detailed information about the standards can be found in the user guide.)
• During the installation, please note that the SBR rubber infill is in accordance with the standards. (Detailed information about the standards can be found in the user guide.)
• For the synthetic grass turf to be able to maintain warranty conditions, please make sure that 1 player is calculated per 125m2. (Details in user guide.)
• The use of sports shoes or spikes not suitable/compatible with the turf must be prevented.
• During the installation, please note the used materials and techniques. The use of wrong materials and techniques must be prevented.
• During warm summer days, fibers may lose their strength and may become soft. To prevent this from happening, the surface must be cooled by watering it at least 2 hours before installation. (Details in user guide.)
• During use of the turf, infill may change place, therefore it must be brushed with a hard brush after use of the turf. (Details in user guide.)
• Animals such as cats and dogs, flammable materials, sharp objects that may puncture the turf and acids that may damage the fiber of the turf must be kept away from the turf.
• Do not use other than its intended use. (Details in user guide.)

In case any violations of the above terms of use and maintenance are detected, the product will no longer be covered by the warranty.

Use of this warranty certificate is authorized by General Directorate of Consumer and Competition Protection. TR Ministry of Industry and Trade as law on consumer protection with law number 4077 and the Circular on application principles of Warranty Certificate put into effect on basis of the law.
